RoastToast is an AI-powered entertainment app that generates humorous captions, roasts, and replies based on images and screenshots you submit. The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze images and generate text content intended for entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. The App is rated 17+ due to the nature of AI-generated content, which may include mature humor, mild profanity, and suggestive themes. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

All content generated by RoastToast is created by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only. Generated content does not represent the views, opinions, or beliefs of RoastToast or its developers.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We implement multiple layers of content safety measures, including AI safety filters, blocked content lists, and user reporting mechanisms. Despite these measures, AI-generated content may occasionally produce results that are inappropriate or offensive.
If you encounter content that you believe is harmful, you can report it using the flag icon within the App. We review reports and work to continuously improve our safety filters.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove any content or feature at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and community standards.
RoastToast may offer in-app purchases including subscriptions and credit packs. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
Purchases are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The RoastToast app, including its design, branding, code, and features, is the intellectual property of RoastToast and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of any images you submit to the App. By submitting images, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them for the sole purpose of generating AI content. This license terminates immediately after processing is complete.
Content generated by the AI is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated content on social media and messaging platforms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoastToast and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
